Here we have the flagship drum kit from the Pearl Masters range back when it was made in Taiwan. The MMX was Pearl's premium maple 4 ply shell (the same shell offered as a part of Masterworks made in the same facility) The set offers top flight specifications such as the OptiMount suspension systems, DieCast hoops, SP30 Bass Drum Spurs, Lacquer finish with matching wood bass drum hoops and Chrome fittings.

The MMX is the highest specification Masters that Pearl ever offered (it was briefly offered as the MRP, before being dis-continued) this is a seriously feature packed kit. This one comes in great sizes featuring alternate depth toms and 22 x 18 bass drum.

The condition of the kit is really good, this would be one of the very last MMX sets circa 2007.
