Here offered for sale we have our Yamaha Live Oak Custom a pre-loved kit in excellent condition and featuring some highly sought-after sizes. The kit still has its original factory heads, showing only minimal signs of use.

Constructed entirely from solid oak, the Yamaha Live Custom delivers impressive power, presence, and a warm, rich tone. Paired with Yamaha’s renowned build quality, it boasts a stunning visual appeal thanks to the dark silver hardware and black shell interiors. This model also features an drilled bass drum for quick set up, along with heavy-duty Dyna Hoops for added strength and projection.

Oak Shells

The kit features an 8-ply oak bass drum and 6-ply oak toms, delivering exceptional durability and powerful projection. Yamaha's proprietary shell-forming technique ensures each drum is perfectly round, laying the foundation for excellent tonal quality. The oak shells offer a well-balanced tone with deep, expressive resonance.

Absolute Lugs

Yamaha's legendary Absolute Lug system ensures stability and precision. With a single-bolt design, the lugs provide a secure fit without interfering with shell vibrations. The lug nut holding plate, combined with a nylon ring at the base of the lug nut, helps prevent the tuning bolt from loosening, offering superior tuning stability.

Y.E.S.S. Tom Mounts

Yamaha’s Y.E.S.S. (Yamaha Enhanced Sustain System) tom mounts are designed to minimize contact between the mount and the shell, preserving the drum's natural resonance. Featuring strategically placed rubber spacers, the system ensures consistent sustain and tonal clarity across all tom sizes, while preventing interference from the drum’s weight.
