Here we have an addtional Tom that doesn't come up very often, this is a Premier Signia Marquis which was released in 1998 as an alternative to the standard Signia series drums at the time. Whilst the Signia drums featured a 5mm / 5 ply supported maple shell, the Marquis kits utilise a 6mm / 5 ply unsupported maple shell and come as standard with Premier's proprietary die cast hoops.

The Signia Marquis has many of Premier's flag ship features such as The Hi-Tension lugs which incorporate a nylon ring assembly as an integral part of the lug nut which provides an in built mechanisim to reduce the possibility of tension rods slipping at lower tuning ranges.

Premier's unique and distinctive low profile die-cast hoops are fitted as standard. With the benefits of increased durability and ease of tuning these hoops contribute to the quality of sound and overall look of the Marquis drums.

Premier's Isolated Suspension System is fitted, these mounting systems attach to the tube lugs and provide complete isolation from the shell and increase versatility in terms of drum and bass drum positioning.  

The tom comes finished in Premier's signature Silver Sparkle Hi-Gloss Lacquer finish and is one of the last drum series to offer Premier diamond chrome plate fittings that were all made in the UK factory. This drums were not produced in very high numbers so this is a great opportunity to get your self an appreciating classic from Premier's golden years!
