This 1960s Slingerland 14x7 Hollywood Ace Model snare drum features a 3-ply Mahogany shell with maple reinforcing rings and is outfitted with stick-saver hoops and 16 nickel plated lugs (8 Top / 8 Bottom). It has the original throw-off and butt plate plus the original internal muffler. Finished in Silver Sparkle the drum shows typical cosmetic wear. These 60's 3 ply Mahogany shells sound absolutely phenomenal, as much fun as the big brother Radio King's. This Hollywood Ace is fully functional and plays beautifully, offering the character and charm of an instrument that has been well-loved and used for many years now waiting for its next adventure!
