It is our absolute pleasure to offer one of Mike's Limited Edition Gretsch Brooklyn Standard snare drums. This one is finished in Blue Glass Glitter and is signed inside my Mike, this finish is limited to 100 pieces world wide. Mike has become a great friend of ours and he has been extremely generous with his time and support for the store. His passion, commitment, talent, quality and dedication for drummers and drums inspires us! The first clinic he performed in our store quickly gained legendary status amongst the customers lucky enough to attend. In 2022 Mike returned to our store with Eddy Thrower to record an episode of their podcast with a live audience.

This very special snare is very Mike! It's a great blend of Modern and Traditional features. The shell is a 14 x 5.5  Brooklyn Standard 6-ply maple / poplar shell, it has 45° double bearing edge, Gretsch "302" steel hoops, Gretsch Silver Sealer interior, 8 Gretsch Tube Lugs & chrome hardware throughout. The snare ships with Remo drum heads, and has an integrated dampening system, 42-strand snare wire and the famous Gretsch Lightning throw-off. The Limited Edition model offered here comes in Blue Glass, only 100 will be made and all are signed inside by Mike and have the production year hand written on the inside.

This is an extremely beautiful snare drum, it has bags of sonic character and works well across the tuning spectrum.
