Here we have the new Mars Birch from Mapex! This Mars Birch kit comes in Bop sizes making it great for Jazz applications as well as any requirement where portability or a smaller size set up are required. The Mars Birch kit offers a best in class value for money drum set with a variety of set ups and colours available. Mapex also offer the Mars HP6005 hardware pack which you can choose to add as an optional upgrade.

The Mars Series Shell Pack offers 100% Birch, shallow depth shells with the new SONIClear bearing edge, producing a fast, clear tone with a quick rebound.

The Birch 6Ply 7.2mm shell, with the new SONIClear Bearing Edge, allows for the direct transmission of sound, reduces unwanted frequencies and provides a strong fundamental pitch and an effortless tuning experience especially at lower tunings.

The SONIClear tom suspension and floor tom feet increase overall resonance by preserving vibration in the shell and keeping stress away from the tension rods, helping the heads stay in tune.
