Here we have a one of a kind Mapex Mars Double Bass Drum kit finished in Nightwood. This set has 3 toms, two floors, two bass drums and a matching snare drum. If you've been looking for something a bit more expansive this is the kit for you!
The Mars Series Shell Pack offers 100% Birch, shallow depth shells with the new SONIClear bearing edge, producing a fast, clear tone with a quick rebound.
The Birch 6Ply 7.2mm shell, with the new SONIClear Bearing Edge, allows for the direct transmission of sound, reduces unwanted frequencies and provides a strong fundamental pitch and an effortless tuning experience especially at lower tunings.
The SONIClear tom suspension and floor tom feet increase overall resonance by preserving vibration in the shell and keeping stress away from the tension rods, helping the heads stay in tune.

All Mapex Mars drum kits are supplied as Shell Packs, for the purpose of display our images show the kit with the Mars HP6005 hardware Pack and Cymbals which are not included. At the top of the listing are some additional upgrades you can add to your Mars. There are Hardware Packs, Drum Head Upgrades,Bass Drum Dampening Solutions and Recommended Cymbal Packs.
