Mapex have launched a massive array of new drums at Winter NAMM 2020. Here we have the first details and press release for the latest updates for their unrivalled Saturn Series drums.

MAPEX is fired up to declassify details of the hottestnew version of their unrivalled Saturn Series drums, set to preview at the Namm show, with a full launch in
April 2020.

Long recognized as a groundbreaking series, Saturn
pioneered the exploration of hybrid shell sonic
properties.

Now, the iconic sound of maple/walnut shelled drums
fuses with revolutionary Black Panther Design Lab
features, forging the best Saturn yet!

For the new Saturn Mapex have told us that there will be two levels of finish SAS 0 and the slightly more expensive SAS 1. The good news is that the SAS 0 finishes will represent the most affordable Saturn with the same classic shell combo. The SAS 0 Colours are Satin Black and Satin White, the SAS 1 colours are Teal Blue Fade and Scarlet Fade. Unlike the previous Saturn V series these will not feature exotic outer veneer finishes but don't worry, if you are looking for these check out the new Saturn Evolution information that we have launched.
