PREMIER GENISTA ORIGINAL UK MADE BIRCH, 6 PIECE DRUM KIT, TERRAVERDI GREEN LACQUER (PRE-LOVED)

Here we have a stunning time machine condition Premier Genista 6 piece shell pack in some fantastic sizes. This is the original UK made Genista with 100% birch shells that put Premier very much back on the map in the mid 90’s.

This kit is finished in stunning Terraverdi Green Lacquer. Premier used Premium Finnish Birch for the Genista, the kit has the flagship 6mm undersized, un-supported shells which add sustain to the drums, the shells are 5.5mm 7 ply on the Toms and Floor with a slightly heaver spec of 7mm / 7 ply for the bass drums.

Premier offered the option to have the drums un-drilled or drilled, this kit has un-drilled Toms and a Drilled Bass Drum which we think really suits the size specifications. The kit features fusion sized power depth toms and the deeper 22 x 18 bass drum. The kit is fully original with the standard 2.3mm triple flanged hoops, Purecussion RIMS systems on the rack toms and beautiful diamond chrome Genista Single piece lugs with the proportional oversized bass drum lug. The really nice sizes on offer here are the 8 x 8 tom and 14 x 14 floor tom - neither of which were produced in high numbers. For a final sweetener this kit includes the matching 14 x 5.5 Genista snare drum.

To see one in this condition and sizes in 2022 is rare. This is going to suit anyone who loves Birch - a chance to own one of Premier UK’s finest alongside the best condition ones we’ve seen!
