Cymbal Stand with New Step Free Tilter
Featuring double-braced legs and a heavy duty, stable base – this cymbal stand is extremely sturdy and durable and allows for quick and easy positioning of your cymbals.
Wide Variety of Cymbal Positioning Options
With step free angle adjustment, you can set the cymbal position anywhere you like. The cymbal’s weight is supported in the centre of the pipe which provides further stability.
Genuine Yamaha Hardware Quality Build
While bringing with it Yamaha’s traditional gear mechanism, the CS865 cymbal stand also features a brand new “clipping” method for securing the boom arm.
Utilising this new feature, the main unit of the boom arm is more resistant to scratches, ensuring further peace of mind, even during the most complex setup adjustments.
The Yamaha CS865 cymbal stand is also equipped with a polycarbonate tilter sleeve that encases a precise amount of the head bolt to ensure optimum securing of the cymbal while the use of a wing nut stays out of the way of your stick so you can play the cymbal bell with ease.
The centre tube assembly used in the CS865 cymbal stand accommodates the same 22.2mm diameter pipe that you find other stands so you can easily replace the upper tube assembly with another one from another cymbal stand or tom holder.
Tight, Secure and Extremely Stable
An extra-wide stance in the double-braced legs provides great stability which is bolstered by a new set of large rubber feet, supplying maximum non-slip grip, keeping the stand firmly in place.
Nylon brushing, specially designed by Yamaha, firmly holds the pipe in place – even when lightly tightened. With the wing bolt being tightened through a steel nut, the durability of the bolt is increased.
